Shopping Information
1. Where does Vivmom ship to?
Vivmom ships to most countries and regions worldwide, excluding sanctioned or restricted destinations.
Shipping availability is confirmed automatically at checkout.
2. How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
3. How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on
destination and local carrier conditions.
4. Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. Tracking updates may take
24–72 hours to become active.
Payment Information
1. What payment methods do you accept?

secure payment methods supported by Shopify Payments.
2. Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Vivmom does not store
or have access to your full credit card details.

Payment declines may occur due to insufficient funds, incorrect billing information, or bank

Returns
1. Can I return an item?
Yes. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn,
unwashed, and have original tags attached.
2. Are there items that cannot be returned?
Yes. Final sale items, clearance items, worn or washed items, and items with removed tags are not
eligible for return or refund.
3. When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to the original payment
method within 7 business days.
4. Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective,
damaged, or incorrect.
Order
1. How do I place an order?
Simply select your desired items, choose size and color, add them to your cart, and complete the
checkout process by providing shipping and payment information.
2. Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can only be modified or canceled before shipment. Please contact us as soon as possible
after placing your order for assistance.

4. What if I entered an incorrect shipping address?
Please contact us immediately if you notice an error. Vivmom is not responsible for delivery issues
caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
