At Vivmom, we design fast fashion apparel with a focus on style, quality, and value. Please review the following return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Due to the nature of fast fashion apparel, returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags must be attached (if applicable)
  • Items must be free from stains, odors, or signs of wear
  • Items must be returned in original packaging where possible

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or returned to the customer.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged
  • Items with removed or damaged tags

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us at help@vivmom.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item is received.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Exchanges

Due to fast fashion inventory turnover, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

After verification, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
